ADMISSIONS Requirements
Before a student may be admitted to SIIS, all of the following must be submitted:
- Complete student application form
- 3 passport size photographs
- Attached copy of CNIC of father/Guardian
- copy of B-form (copy of birth certificate if B-form is not available)
- school leaving certificate and progress report card from the previous school attended
- copy of student health record
